Orders placed before 11:00am, on weekdays, will be despatched the same day, after 11:00am the next day. Orders placed at weekends and Bank Holidays will be despatched the next working day. Orders for Express Delivery (next working day) will be processed up to 1:00pm Monday – Thursday and 12 noon Friday

We are able to deliver worldwide, delivery options are:

• FREE Delivery on UK orders £30 and over – standard Royal Mail 48, second class post service which is normally delivered between 3 to 5 days.
• UK Orders less than £30  We offer 2 options:
• Standard rate of £3.50 – Royal Mail 48, second class post service which is normally delivered between 3 to 5 days
• First Class Rate of £4.50 – Royal Mail 24 first class post service which is normally delivered between 1 to 2 days
• We can deliver to your address or an address of your choice within the UK. This option is available at the checkout process.
• Express Delivery – guaranteed next working day (Mon- Fri only) is £7.50 in total, available at checkout. Guaranteed to be delivered by 4:00pm and has to be signed for.
• European Orders £6.75 plus an extra £1 for each additional pair of shoes. Royal Mail airmail service normally 7 to 10 working days.
• USA Orders We now have seleected styles on USA Amazon with FREE postage. From here £9.95 plus and extra £2 for each additional pair of shoes.Royal Mail airmail service normally 10 to 15 working days
• Delivery to other destinations will be calculated at the point of placing the order.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it normally within 60 days of delivery unused and in its original packaging and we will offer you an exchange or refund for the amount you paid for the item.

We pay return postage so just attach the prepaid return address label you can find in your parcel and take to your local sorting office. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund or exchange.
