Orders placed before 11:00am, on weekdays, will be dispatched the same day, after 11:00am the next day. Orders placed at weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Orders for Express Delivery (next working day) will be processed up to 1:00pm Monday – Thursday and 12 noon Friday
We are able to deliver worldwide, delivery options are:
- FREE Delivery on UK orders £50 and over – standard Royal Mail 48, second class post service which is normally delivered between 3 to 5 days.
- UK Orders less than £50 We offer 2 options:
- Standard rate of £3.99 – Royal Mail 48, second class post service which is normally delivered between 3 to 5 days
- First Class Rate of £4.99 – Royal Mail 24 first class post service which is normally delivered between 1 to 2 days
- We can deliver to your address or an address of your choice within the UK. This option is available at the checkout process.
- Express Delivery – guaranteed next working day (Mon- Fri only) is £8 in total, available at checkout. Guaranteed to be delivered by 4:00pm and has to be signed for.
- European Orders £12.50 Royal Mail tracked and signed service normally 7 to 10 working days. Duty to be paid by customer on delivery.
- USA Orders We now have selected styles on USA Amazon with FREE postage. From here £25.00 Royal Mail airmail service normally 10 to 15 working days
- Delivery to other destinations will be calculated at the point of placing the order.

Finding white/ivory shoes is quite tricky. I liked the simple and elegant design of this. Over all both my daughter and I liked it. Unfortunately, the “shade” of ivory didn’t go well with the off white dress of my daughter. It just did not look good with the dress we already had so unfortunately, I had to return it. Nothing wrong with the actual shoes.

It was so lovely shoes, really beautiful, well made but the size is purely wrong! We ordered size 3 UK and when it came and we tried it turned out that it looks like size 1UK..Also,it looks that those shoes are more for narrow fit rather than regular one. It would be really helpful if the seller could provide the sole length, I trully believe that all those party and occasional shoes come in different measurements. After all-it’s very lovely shoes, so soft and I would highly recommend to buy them just simply contact the seller for exact size measurement.

Bought this for my 5 year old daughter as a bidemaid shoe. Beforehand i was slightly worried about the heel, but went ahead with the purchase as i needed Saturday delivery and the wedding was on Sunday, so didnt have much time to shop around.When the shoes arrived they were perfect, comfortable and she loved them!
