- How do I know what size to buy?
We have provided a guide of sizes and measurements for you to check, just go to the fitting guides under help and advice.
- What payment methods can I use?
Payments can be made by Paypal, Amazon Pay, and Stripe, using Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and Visa Electron. On your phone we take Apple Pay or Google Pay
- How long will it take until I receive my shoes?
All orders placed by midnight Tuesday 21st December will be delivered in time for Christmas.
We send out orders placed before 11:00am on the same working day and the rest the next working day. For UK delivery within 3 -4 working days and Europe 7 working days. Please see our delivery details for further information.
- Can I return if I'm not happy?
Yes of course you can either return for a refund or exchange using our free returns label included in your parcel. Please see our returns policy for further details.
- What are your delivery charges?
FREE standard delivery on UK orders £30 and over, other wise UK standard class post £3.99, first class delivery charge £4.99, Europe £12.50 and duty to be paid by the customer. Rest of the world will be calculated at the time of placing the order.
- Can I have my parcel delivered elsewhere?
You can have your parcel delivered wherever you want just use the delivery address option when checking out
- What do I do if I forget my account password?
Go to your Login Screen and request your password. We will send it to the email address you registered when you created your account.
