Shipping within the UK

• We aim to despatch within 2 working days of receipt of your order. Please note we do not despatch at the weekend or bank holidays.
• We can deliver to your address or an address of your choice within the UK. This option is available at the checkout process.
• We ship by Royal Mail first class post. You should receive your item within 3-5 working days.

• Postage and packing is a standard rate of £3.50
• £1 for each additional pair of shoes sent to the same address.
• FREE postage on any bags and accessories bought with shoes to be delivered to the same address

Shipping within Europe

• We aim to despatch within 2 working days of receipt of your order.
• We can deliver to your address or an address within Europe. This option is available at the checkout process.
• We ship by Royal Mail airmail service; you should receive your parcel within 7-10 working days.

• Postage and packing is a standard rate of £4.75
• £1 for each additional pair of shoes sent to the same address.
• FREE postage for any bags or accessories to be sent with shoes to the same address

Rest of the World

At this stage we only deliver to USA and Canada we regret we cannot deliver outside the above countries. This will be reviewed at a later date and the site will be updated at such time as we are able to ship further afield.

Returns

• If you are not 100% happy with a product for any reason you can return within 28 days for an exchange or refund of purchase price. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Refund – If you would like a refund we ask that you return them in the same condition they were sent out in and include your details and reason for a refund. We regret that postage and packing incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of faulty goods.
• Exchange – If you would like to exchange we ask that you return them in the same condition they were sent out in and include your details and which item you would like to exchange for. If this item is out of stock we will email with alternatives, if none are suitable we will refund the purchase price. We regret that postage and packing incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded however we will pay the postage of any goods we send back to you.
• You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We suggest that you obtain proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray.
• Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival but this can take up to 7 days. Don't forget to include your details so that we know who the parcel is from and what is required!
